America’s Job Center of California in Solano County
For many job seekers, the first introduction to the Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Solano County is through America’s Job Center of California (AJCC). With two job center locations to serve our community, job seekers can begin their journey to gain employment and further their careers. From the independent job seeker to those that would like to work more closely with a Placement Coach or Employability Specialist, the AJCC offers a wide range of no cost assistance for all, in-person and virtually.
During COVID-19, The WDB and AJCC has worked to change how services are delivered for your safety and convenience. In-person services are available (no appointment needed) while following current COVID-19 Safety Guidelines by requiring face masks and practicing social distancing throughout the job center and lobby areas. Various services are now also being offered virtually to keep you connected when in-person visits are not possible.
