There’s no shortage of research and data that shows companies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are more successful. To reap those benefits, organizations must start with a DEI plan. This session will focus on helping businesses take the first step in creating a plan and making a dedicated effort towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Why DEI Matters for Small Businesses
- Planning for DEI
- Strategies to Create an Inclusive Culture
- Setting clear expectations for Respect, Civility and Inclusion in the workplace
