During the workshop we will discuss different resume formats and transferable soft skills including ATS friendly resume formatting. An ATS friendly resume is a resume that is formatted to be easily scanned by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ATS’s are software used by employers and recruiters to sort\, scan\, and rank job applications.
