This workshop offers tips on how you can transform your resume into a compelling marketing tool that exhibits your unique skills. During the workshop we will discuss different resume formats and transferable soft skills including ATS friendly resume formatting. An ATS friendly resume is a resume that is formatted to be easily scanned by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ATS’s are software used by employers and recruiters to sort\, scan\, and rank job applications. SUMMARY:Leadership Excellence and Development (L.E.A.D) Supervisor Certification Series
DESCRIPTION:The L.E.A.D. Supervisor Certification Course helps supervisors gain the skills needed for success. This certification program is interactive and participatory. Classes will be held virtually\, once a week\, every Tuesday\, for six consecutive weeks beginning August 6 and ending September 10\, 2024 from 9:30 am-12 pm (Pacific Standard Time). Our trainers will provide new supervisors and seasoned managers with the tools they need to be successful and impactful leaders.
